The Arjeplog Arvidsjaur parish has a large geographical spread, from Glommersträsk in the east to the Norwegian border in the west. The parish includes nine churches and chapels. The operations are characterized by good contacts and collaborations in the local community. The cemetery and property management in the parish is responsible for six cemeteries with economic buildings and machinery, three churches with associated parish houses, three smaller churches, and two chapels on the outskirts of the parish, as well as two funeral chapels. There is also a chapel in Västerfjäll operated by its own chapel foundation.

Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks are to maintain public areas and graves. This includes weeding, lawn care, hedge trimming, watering, pruning, planting, and more.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team with other employees

· Is service-oriented, structured, and proactive

· Has good social skills

· Holds at least a B driver's license

Knowledge of the Church of Sweden, previous work in funeral services, and experience in gardening and park work. You will meet people at different stages of life and should provide our visitors with a friendly reception with respect and dignity. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
